A Team meeting is set for 5 p.m. on Friday, August 1, followed by an outstanding jambalaya meal at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria of St. Joseph High School.  Yes, we're three or four hours from the home of serious Cajuns, but we've convinced enough of them to move "North" to Mississippi that you can enjoy the real food.
On Saturday, we're planning a hot, hearty breakfast between 6 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. for the teams. Breakfast will be at the football field concession stand on the east side of the campus.
